Yesterday we found a jar of South Korean baby shrimps to make a Filipino style shrimp paste out of. See what I am talking about? If you are feeling like sparing some of your change, there is usually a begger or sometimes a person in a white outfit collecting what you will give outside the store as well.
I love this place. The check out stands are agony but the selection outweighs the pain. They carry everything I cant find at other asian grocers. It's my favorite place for fresh healthy looking baby, and regular bok choy. Also those refrigerated fat rice noodles are here in several varieties. The lemongrass here is the healthiest looking Ive seen in the Bay Area.
I've been coming here for years since I was young with my mom . Now I come and buy my veggies for my family ... fried fish always on point .. veggies always fresh ! Never a long line . In and out !
